- To create the account open the page everettwa.gov
- After the page opens in the login homepage hit on the ‘Create AN Account button.
- On the next screen enter your email, your name, and phone number click on the ‘Save’ button.
How to Pay Everett Utilities Bill
- To make the payment open the webpage everettwa.gov
- As the page appears at the top right click on the ‘Welcome Sign in’ button.
- On the next screen click on the ‘Existing account’ button.
- You have to provide the account-associated email and click on the ‘Continue’ button to continue your login process.
Everett Utilities Bill Pay in Person
- You can pay the bill by visiting the locations.
- You can pay in cash. Utility services office: 3101 Cedar Street. Dropbox is available 24 hours a day (situated on the south side of the building)
- City hall: 2930 Wetmore Avenue: Cashier and drop-box are on the first floor, next to City Treasurer’s office.

- You must have the payment initials and pay the bill through phone number.
- You have to call on 425-257-8999.
Everett Utilities Bill Pay by Mail
- You can also pay the bill through the mail.
- Post it to 3101 Cedar Street. Everett, Washington 98201.
